Orders & Delivery

• Every customer is treated as having read and accepted these rules.
• Handover happens through an in-game face-to-face trade, normally 5–15 minutes after payment clears.
• You are responsible for giving us the correct character name and server for the handover.
• Once a delivery is completed, the order cannot be reversed or returned.

Account Safety & Ban Risk

• On official servers, buying currency from a third party can break Gameforge's terms of service. You order at your own risk.
• Our face-to-face trade method is designed to keep risk low, but no one can promise a completely ban-free experience on every server.
• Metin2Trade cannot be held responsible for any action a game publisher takes against an account.

Refunds

A refund is issued when stock or technical problems prevent us from completing your delivery. After a successful handover, refunds are not possible. For any dispute, email info@metin2trade.com with your order ID.

General

• Account balances cannot be moved from one member account to another.
• Mistakes made by the user during an in-game trade are not our responsibility.
• We may decline service where fraud or abuse is suspected.
