Delivery in 5–15 minutes
Every Metin2Trade order is delivered by hand through a normal face-to-face in-game trade. No bots, no mail exploits, no account access. Our delivery team is online 24/7, including weekends and patch days, so most orders are completed within 5–15 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Pick your server package on the shop page and place the order.
- Our team contacts you on WhatsApp or live chat to confirm payment.
- You receive a meeting point (map and channel) and a delivery character name.
- Open a trade window, confirm the amount, and the Yang or Won is yours.

Refunds & cancellations
If we cannot deliver your order for any reason, you get a full refund. If you cancel before delivery starts, we refund the full amount as well.
Once the Yang or Won has been delivered and confirmed in game, the order is final and non-refundable — digital goods cannot be returned. Chargebacks filed after a completed delivery are disputed with the delivery confirmation and chat logs.
Ordered the wrong server or package? Contact support before delivery and we will swap it free of charge.
